November 15 Meeting

Bill English, Artistic Director of the San Francisco Playhouse, will speak about the company’s mission, which is to share stories that uplift our spirits, deepen self-awareness, and nurture compassionate community.

Bill is an entertaining and dynamic advocate of theater in San Francisco. He has spent his life producing works of art. He is an accomplished pianist and composer and has written many songs, a musical, and a score for a film. He has worked in the theatre for almost forty years as an actor, director and designer. He has appeared in films, television commercials and professional theatre and is a member of all the performing unions.
